Am I the only who can find barely an armor pieces or types? Do you guys know where any new pieces are, And no spoilers please I havent beaten it yet.

Check all the vendors on Omega, Illium, Citidel and Tuchunka.

I did and all I got were upgrades. Now that I think of it I cant find any new weapons either.

there are roughly 2-3 pieces for each armor slot including the ones you start with (N7).
There are two of each weapon including the ones you start with, plus one heavy version of the sniper, assault rifle and shotgun available to the Soldier, Vangaurd and Infiltrator.
Theres really not all that much to find.

well if this all there is to it thats very very dissapointing, especially after seeing the sci vs fi videos where the designer was like after the 200th head gear they all start looking the same....my expectations were high up...
I know that Bioware was trying to streamline the game so that more people can get to enjoy it, but at the vey least they could have given us more armor, there was a lot of fun just exploring to see which armor types we were going to get even if some were freakin' ugly...
That being said i will still enjoy this game, but i hope they give us fans back all the options in ME3
