Some on Illium reach up to 90,000 credits, but after discount go to 75k. Highest price i know of. The ones I didn't list stats for are from Dr. Pepper.

Weapons Damage Build. Great for Soldier class. Infiltrators should replace the headpiece with N7 Visor (increases headshot damage by 10%) if primarily sniping.
Head: Recon Hood - Increases weapon damage by 5%
Body: Capacitor Chestplate - Reduces shield delay by 10%
Shoulders: N7 Shoulder Pads - Increases weapon damage by 3%
Arms: Stabilizing Gauntlets - Increases weapon damage by 5%
Legs: Stimulator Conduits - Increases storm speed by 10%
Powers Damage Build. Good for Adepts. Sentinels can swap in a few of the +armor pieces from the heavy shields build. There are 2 +ammo pieces here because I felt that Adepts do suffer from low ammo counts at times. Their biotic powers can’t be used till those shields are taken down.
Head: Umbra Visor - Increases power damage by 5%
Body: N7 Chestplate - Increases power damage by 3%
Shoulders: Amplifier Plates - Increases power damage by 5%
Arms: Off-Hand Ammo Pack - Increases spare ammo capacity by 10%
Legs: Ordnance Pack - Increase spare heavy weapon ammo by 10%
Shields build. Good for engineers who hang back and support with tech powers. The extra shield and life helps keep you alive if something flanks you. Vanguards can use variation of this with some of the +weapon damage pieces.
Head: Sentry Interface - Increases shield strength by 5%
Body: Shield Harness - Increases shields by 5%
Shoulders: Asymmetric Defense Layer - Increases health by 5%
Arms: Heavy Damping Gauntlets - Increases shields by 5%
