Hello all.

Loving the game, however during the Samara and Morinth fight all the sound just quit working. I thought it might have been my hardware, so I restarted. Problem appeared in the same place. Then, when given the choice at the end (and making a choice), the sound picks back up.

I had saved just before the bar, so I ran it a few times. Every time it happens when the furniture first starts to fly around. Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks.

This is a pretty well known problem, if you had bothered to look down about 5 threads you would of seen a similar post.

I'm having the same issue. I even tried saving right before the fight and reloading to see if it changes, but it doesn't. It's only for just a few seconds.

I am having this problem as well. Same place same time every time.

I would rather there were 1000 new threads about this per day than for everyone to bury their complain in one thread. Post in that one, and make a new one is what I say!

Yeah, I'm having this issue as well. It's really disappointing. Any news from Bioware, if they're aware of the problem and there will be a fix?

Does anyone know if turning subtitles on will allow you to read what is being said? If so, it's the next best thing I guess.

Yes it does

Yeah, I had to do that too.  Turned out the dialogue I'd missed was extremely important!

Please fix, Bioware.  Here's hoping there aren't other sound bugs at major plot points.

Isn't it BioWare's policy to only patch console games if a bug is completely game-breaking? I thought I read that somewhere. They never patched the numerous annoying and even serious bugs in the first Mass Effect. Is it really realistic to expect a patch for this game?

And yeah, sound cut out during this fight for me as well and it did it a second time when activating a voice log somewhere. And at the place where you pick up Grunt and have to fight the big mech, sound was coming, going and crackling.
