Somehow, I don't know -how- but I screwed up in trying to redeem my Terminus Armor and Assault Rifle. If I remember correctly, I think I attempted to redeem it, when I just got it, and it said the code was invalid. I try again, thinking I just typed it wrong, and it says it's already been used.

So.. yeah.. No effing clue, and I don't think MS or EA will be ripe to fix it, I'm just wondering if there's something I'm missing. I never got prompted to download the terminus armor/weapon, so I don't have it. And can't get it. I seriously doubt I could go back to Gamestop, and ask for a working card. So, any idea what I -can- do that would be useful, and work?

Also, before someone pops in and asks "Did you follow the steps" like a tech support guy over the phone asking me if I plugged my computer in.  Yes. I followed them to the T, and still got screwed.

yea, I almost got the same except mine actually somehow enabled half of my dlc on one account and half on the other, Been waiting for 3 days now for EA to get back to me and still nothing ;/.

I'm kinda pissed cause I'm getting so many bug's also with this, Yet I see people playing pirated game's that have all DLC enabled and working and the game working almost 98% Bug free :/. Legit customers get screwed over again tbh :(.

Well, there's nothing that can stop that. You'll always have pirates. Because they're too damned cheap to buy the game themselves. If you get your codes fixed by EA, lemme know how you did it. Thanks!

go to your nearest gamestop and tell them what happened, they should have some extra codes laying around.

Take in a receipt and the original card, explain there's been a ****up and the steps you went through to make it happen, and they should give you a replacement card. There is no excuse justifying a code to not be valid (especially if you definitely entered the wrong one the first time), if they have promised a service in writing and then not delivered it due to piracy or a system error. That is 100% their responsibility for not ensuring a secure and working system in the production of their codes

Theres not really any reason why they scoulden give you a new code, its not liek you can use the new code to get other stuff anyway..
