dont hit him, thats the only way to not get renegade points. there are no Paragon triggers.

Pretty sure if you have high enough Paragon or Renegade you can make it the shortest interrogation ever just by selecting the respective dialogue, regardless of Good/Bad.

I punched that dude so many times is was silly. 

Ok, I'm kidding.  Only twice.  The third time you threaten to cut his.... boys off and he gives in.  Naturally, you get renegade points for that.  But it was so much fun, I didn't care.

x_x I was full Paragon when I did the quest and I accidentally told Thane to be the good cop and I ended up having to use the poor bloke as a punching bag to get results lol.

i just went in with no plan and didnt beat the crap just used my Paragon & trick him lol . now onto 2nd part stop the his son .

I thought it was a nice mechanic, but in the end, pointless. I mean, dude's a Specter, he can pretty much do whatever he wants!



(I did like that backstory between Mouse and Thane. It kinda reminds of Gavorche from Les Miserables for some reason...)

The one time i hit him, he started talking. I'm 100% paragon and 15% renegade. all my other dialog was paragon in the interogation, thane was the bad cop.

Just go to the Council and make them reinstate you as Spectre.



You can charm your way through the whole thing, and at the end, tell his lawyer or whatever you're a Spectre and you win.

I was playing mostly paragon until this part. I couldn't resist playing the bad cop!
