1: Go to EA's site, login, go to your account details, change password to simple letters & numbers format.
2: Come back here, enter your email address and pay attention to be CASE SENSITIVE with it! yes! the EMAIL not your password, don't get confused here!!
3: Enter your new changed password that you used over at EA's website and login here.
4: Confirm your ID and hopefully be on your way to enter codes or whatever it was you were going to do here.
(Please note the "checking availability" process may kick you back to the login page, fear not try again)
5: ENJOY.

For starters most of you reading this came from a google search.. or so I pray.
I had the lovely time of trying to login to this site with errors saying things like:
"Please make sure you have correctly entered the verification code."
"Invalid login details."
Now mind you.. I tried using the email address & the user name (seperately of course)
but in the end it didn't even seem to matter what directions I found elsewhere that claimed
to be able to resolve my issue be it thru google or around here.
In any event the solution below:
First off I didn't waste time creating a new account anywhere, I simply went to EA's site
and changed my password to basic letters & numbers password scheme then I came
back here entered my email address which also turns out is EXTREMELY CASE SENSITIVE
otherwise Bioware's site wouldn't recognize me. Afterwards I had to confirm the ID name
which had some serious lag for "checking availability" and kicked me out. Thus requiring
me to re-attempt the login process a 2nd time but then allowed me access to my account.
Apparently as it turns out.. Bioware's site here isn't complex password friendly and
requires the need to change your EA password to a simpler format.
Ontop of that the email address you enter is case sensitive! *sighs*
Anyways I'm all good I hope this helps others, maybe someone will sticky it just incase..
Edit 1 Notes: I might have had to try going thru create new account then the EA banner to the right
for existing EA users, at this point I cannot remember.. I'm just adding this in anyways.. just incase.
Edit 2 Notes: I just thought I should add as a warning you may want to change your password back
to whatever stronger format it was if you had this issue after you've entered your codes bearing in mind
you'll have issues logging back in here once you do so.
