Why Joker walking like a mad man now? I just finished the game and he seems to act like a normal person now going through the halls and on the side of the Normandy shooting the Collectors.

He could always walk, he just had to be careful about it or risk breaking some bones. Given the situation they were in, he probably figured it was worth the risk. Adrenaline, etc.

I know he could always walk just seemed rather odd how much of it he was doing and how fast he was going without hurting himself.

Edit He even says he fractured his finger just by press the mute button on EDI but that could have just been a joke.

As cruel as it sounds, I actually think his little solo mission would've been more dramatic if he'd broken his legs when he was thrown back by EDI's blast instead of standing right up again. Seriously, how heartbreaking would that be?

Yeah and pull a MGS4, button mashing to reach the console.

Well, EDI does say he had some stress fractures when I went up to the bridge to talk to them.

Later when you crash the Normandy, Joker says he's broken a rib. Or two. Or all of them.

The thing OP is talking about is, later he's up and about firing an assault rifle!

Well, he does work for Cerberus now too. He has an incureable disease, but that doesn't mean they couldn't have made it easier for him. Better legbraces, painkillers, or whatnot.

Not necessarily an incurable disease - Moridin mentions making a cure (but it messes up the liver, so he'll have to try something else).

Or we could just accept that joker is awesome and not second-guess his motives for doing whatever he wants, if he wants to have his ribs healed magically then I say let him =]

You need to climb down the ladder at the back to the lower deck. Then work your way over to the Med-lab and EDI's room.
