It says to rewrite or to destroy... I'm trying to go for paragon.

Rewrite for paragon. It doesn't make sense, but you get renegade points for destroying them.

It's paragon because it's basically like winning them over to your side, as opposed to destroying them.  Even if it is technically brainwashing them...

Its more like de-brainwashing really. Geth finds old machine. Worship old machine. Old machine tells them to do as it says. Heretics listen, cause war, pain.



Ignoring that logic. Paragon choices seem to follow the "All life is precious" route.
