Saw the FB post saying it's out, bioware product page says its out. I'm playing on the PC, I have the points, it's just not in my available DLC list in game so.... what gives?

It took a few minutes before it showed up for me. I just kept checking the available downloads and then it showed up.

Check the thread about its release in the News and Announcement forum - there are numerous suggestions for getting it to show up. All I had to do was close the game - restart it and wait about 10 minutes.
