I finished this quest by collecting the two packages, going to Ish, and convincing him (Paragon) that trying to hurt Aria wasn't worth it. Even after I've beaten the game, the quest is still active in my Assignments, stating that I delivered an that Ish has my gratitude, which seems to be the default text as if you had just delivered and been done with it.

Have the same problem, used paragon option and Ish walks away.

But the quest is still in the Assignment menu

Same problem, both packages, Ish walks away, paragon options. It's bugging the crap out of me. (I maek lulz.)

This just happened to me. I delivered one package from Ilium and used Paragon to make him forget about the other package and disappear. The quest still appears in my log stating to go to the Citadel. I went to the Citadel and there was no package there.

I'm playing the Windows version.

And the same here - used the Paragon option, and it's lingering in the Journal. Guess it's just one of those logical programming errors that need patching, at some point.
