no one on my team died, on my team I had Samara and Zaeed, Fireteam was lead by Miranda, and Legion was the tech. I sent Garrus to go with the crew and had Samara make the barrier and had jack on my team,then switched to samara and legion for the final boss fight

I lost 3 on my first renegade male shep walkthrough.



Mordin got blasted in the face by a missile while closing door.



Jack got ripped apart by seeker swarms.



Grunt got gunned down at the doors.

I lost three of my teammates on the final mission. Legion got killed by a rocket to the face, Grunt died leading the second team, and Mordin died defending against the collectors. After reading other people's posts, I realized that having Grunt lead the second team probably wasn't as good a choice as I thought, lol. I thought he would be good because I figured he's an awesome fighter who could lead his team to victory from his ruthlessness. Rest in peace my fallen teammates.

First playthrough (male paragon): No casualties. Legion for tech specialist, Miranda and Garrus as team leaders, Zaeed as babysitter and Samara as biotic bubble woman. Don't recall who I used for my own squads.

Second playthrough (female renegade): Lost Thane, who she'd gotten herself involved with. It happened after having used Miranda for the biotic bubble thing (won't do that again).

Third playthrough (male, neither charming nor intimidating enough for Legion and Miranda to stay loyal): Lost Tali. But ol' Rufus Shepard got what he deserved for letting Jack lead the first team. I put her in charge basically to see how Miranda would react. Quite fun, but not sure Tali's life was worth it.

...okay, I lost Tali. But I immediately went and re-loaded a previous save. THEN I lost no one.
