Maturity has crap to do with testotorone and everything to do with thinking a female "can't understand the male mind." or vice versa.
And you obviously have some issues you need to deal with them.
Oh yes since the" boobs and beer" isnt alredy an common male sterotype in our society, you are only trying to say that the majority of males are immature. Hell yeah we are
My issues are just fine, i dont need to have an indeep understanding of the opposite sex to get laid, i just act as an actual male . Thats something you fail to understand
The thing about stereotypes, is because they are stereotypes they are false. They are negative generalization of groups of people that humans believe without the evidence or support of real fact.
I am nothing like you it seems, and I am male and would never want to thrown into this 'boobs and beer' and 'immature' cornner you seem to put yourself in.
Does it mean I dislike these things? No.
But it means how we see the world is radically different, and just because we have the same baby making devices doesn't mean we are anything alike.
So your agruement of just 'being male' is flawed.

Stereotypes are born of fact, they just don't apply to everyone. There are certainly some dumb blondes out there, or immature men who only care about boobs and beer.

Steretypes are sweeping generalizations that 9 times out of 10 are hurtful. They may be fact. But I have no doubt that their only fact a small percentage of the time.
Its amazing what you find aout about a person once you're willing to delve beneth the surface.

No, stereotype types are born of perception and a percieved fact
Just because there are some dumb blondes, doesn't mean ALL blondes are dumb, which a stereotype would entail.
The essence of a stereotype is they are suppose to apply to all their targeted group.
In the meaning of the word.
Look it up brotha and do some research.

Who said anything about getting laid? You seem to REALLY dislike women, beyond jumping into bed with them
All he was trying to say was that this notion that 'women are from venus men are from mars' is an old fashioned concept. I get along fine with blokes and my 'friendship group' has an equal mix of both sexes. Yes there are differences between the two, but it's not rocket science - guys like boobs, girls have their equivalent...

Is it wrong that I find you to be a sad, sad human being?
You remind me of a male version of my sister. She treats men the same way you seem to women. They're inferior, only good for sex and procreation if it suits her and to be lusted after but never understood.
Funny you share a lot in common with her.

If you're planning on changing the definition of stereotype please let me know. It is simply a way of categorizing and identifying something, your perception of what is "truthful" has no bearing on the meaning of the word. You've concocted a pretty solid perception of the word for your own terms though.

I wish the second one was completely true. >_> My bloody math partner is asian sometimes I just want to smack him. I do say "Dude! Aren't Asians supposed to be good at this!" he takes it in stride. XD
Then again he knows we don't believe that. <_<
Then again if he was born and raised in Asian he might have been.
So I guess black people are all good at basketball and eat watermelon right? And all hispanic women are s***?
All rich people are greedy, and all white people are completely blind to racism if it doesn't affect them.

White men can't jump and Asians are good at math.
A conventional, formulaic, and oversimplified conception, opinion, or image.
A definition of stereotype right there for you.
My point being stereotyped is a flawed and generalized way to categorize a group. As much of it is opinion without a base of fact within it.
Like you said White men can't jump, asians are good at math. Those are what people perceive because of the society around them, and the stereotype that was created because people saw a few of some group do well in one area, or poorly, so they assumed all must be the same.
Now something isn't a stereotype when there is scientific data, and research to support what they are claiming. That is called a theory. Like saying "White males, in the upper class tend to have a higher suicide rate, then minorities in poverty." Which, again, isn't a statement or fact but a theory and trend in a certain group.

The fact that human beings of different sexes might be able to comprehend each other thoughts, understand one another on any level makes no sense to you? What about races? Different Backgrounds? According to you we have no possiblity of ever understanding each other. Heck aren't we understanding each other right now? ARe you not claiming to understand even a fraction of my thought process with your statements?
Doesn't help that the colors look all faded out and "ugh."
Then again that's probably just me.
