cant load moved save games?..no cerubus connection!!!

I post eariler about using the game on my new laptop...i have already installed and played the game on my desktop..with the downloads of Normady carsh and Zaeed installed. So i loaded the game onto my new laptop and copied my saves from my desktop...but cerubus network will not log on and my saves wont load because of the so called "missing content"....even though i already redownloaded it into my new laptop...im confuse as to how to fix this?...i have shut off firewall and allowed full acess of ME2 through all security...please help!!!
