i did preorder at gamestop - but not gaemstop us since i live in europe - the only reason i ordered at gamestop was because of the items!!! obviously these pre order items are only available if you order at gamestop in the us - since i did NOT recieve anything. the me/gamestop etc. website did NOT claim that - they said preorder at gamestop not that this offer was limited to the US! the worst thing about that - the swiss/german gamestop page does not offer any kind of support since the contact email adress is not working and the us site doesnt care / can only be contacted for purchases in the us - this is just not the way you should treat customers

it might be something small, but i will definitly not order anymore from gamestop

If you ordered at a European Gamestop, did they explicitely tell you that you would get the pre-order bonus? If not - I'm afraid that it's your own fault for not checking first.



I for one wasn't even aware there's a European branch... Not that i'd shop there anyway, Gamestop seems to be as well managed as a toilet in an Egyptian truckstop. I wonder why you didn't try play.com, at least they are based in Europe and (i believe) offered the same pre-order bonus?

I bought ME2 at a german Gamestop shop and I did get the preorder bonus as expected. Like the one for Dragon Age, it's on an extra 'flyer' that got handed to me by the Gamestop employees when I came to pick up the game. If you threw away that sheet thinking it was an ad... bad luck.

They even made me sign that I had gotten my preorder to make sure I didn't try collecting the bonus twice.

korikor - my hero - just called them their answer: ummm yeah dude we have such flyers here, do you want one ummm? WTF...expected the flyer to be in the game box (was the case with dao) thats why i didnt ask - so my appologies to gamespot in general, seems simply the folkes at my local store are idiots

you got to keep bugging them for your pre order promo stuff or you want get it at all they sent me a xbox one lol i said to them wrong one i need the digial dl one and i finally got it took me from launch day to the 30th get my pre order stuff just crazy i want be  geting any more stuff from them that for sure
