The only Shepards that exist are the ones Bioware says exist, all versions of Sheps created follow a path Bioware has laid out for them, all are reflections of what a majority of people want.  If the world was ready to embrace MM then Im sure if will find it way in a video game.

That's impossible (besides being ludicrous and offensive, of course).  Sexual orientation in humans isn't based upon one gene, is modified by the environment, and there's evidence wide-ranging among the primates (excluding prosimians) that homosexuality is a normal and conserved behavioral pattern.  You can't erase homosexuality from humanity without erasing sexuality itself. 

I actually agree with you. I think sexuality is a choice, influenced by environment - I don't beleive it is a gene (though I think susceptability to it is).

On the last point though (erasing sexuality itself), I also think is not possible, but I think it would be great if we could. The world would be a much better place without sex.
