So I just ran into ashley williams on horizon. I had imported a save that I romanced her in ME1. The convo didnt go very well.

Is there another possible ending to the convo where she doesnt walk away from me upset?

No, she and Kaidan are jerks on Horizon. Apparently staying loyal to them pays off in ME3, but who knows!

It did seem pretty strange that they didn't even give you a chance to explain anything. Or give you time to talk about anything really... But I suppose that's how they make sure you don't get them on your team

I noticed after you take you can tell Joker or other people you two are not together anymore.... But I assume that doesn't get to the ME1 LI ears.

Seriously the way I played ME1 she didn't do jack **** after Eden Prime aside from sitting on her ass, defying orders and setting off nukes without my damned permission. Hell, she wouldn't have even made the team period if Jenkins hadn't gotten his head blown off and I bet if I saved Jenkins ass from getting abducted by giant bugs he would have shown some god damned gratitude!

And on a side not where was that cowardly **** while I was fighting for my life against that damn Praetorian? If her dumb ass had done her damned job and gotten those guns online, none of that **** would have gone down. Her incompetence gets thousands of people abducted and when Shepard saves the damned day she thinks she has the right to judge?

Man, f*ck that ****.

I think the picture stays in your room until you actually sleep with another squad member.  I could be wrong though.

Its sad you get a warm welcome from Tali or Garrus (people that are just your friends when you come back), but Kaid/Ash just turn into total jerks when they see you again, and Liara just seems cold.

I know right?! But then again, they probably had the hardest time dealing with Shepard's death, so they kind of blame you or something. Or blame themselves for surviving, like it says in the letter. Kaidan's anyways.

I just finished the game for the first time, and I fully intended to stay loyal to Ash. Sure, I flirted a bit with Miranda, but nothing serious. But THEN I run into Ash on that mission and wow, was that a surprise. Sure she sent an apologetic letter afterwards, but the whole thing made sweet, loyal Tali impossible to resist.



I can only hope in ME3 I get to tell Ash just exactly how she messed things up.

Makes sense though, Kaiden hates Cereberus for what they did to him. Ashley hates Cereberus for what they represent... Alliance Soldiers who betray the Alliance.

If I could, I'd put Ashley, Miranda and SuZe into a capsule and boost them into space. Was rather annoyed that playing as Paragon that there wasn't an option to talk sense to her. If that discussion had happened, I bet FemShep would have slapped her (yay) and said something like "I don't like this any more than you, Ashley. I was dead and Ceberus rebuilt me! I didn't go to them and sign on, they found me and gave me another chance to save the galaxy" and so forth.

This was one of the few things that really annoyed me in ME2 - unlike with Tali, there's no option to simply say "I don't like Cerberus either"



Ashley basically branded me a traitor, and I had no option to say otherwise...
