Hello,
I have a problem with Cerberus network. I registered my promo code and I was able to download DLCs. But since yesterday, I can't download any DLCs. Site still requests my promo code. Of course, I can't register it again. Strange part is, that I can access Cerberus network from game.

Navigate to "Profile" -> "Your registered game promotions" from your profile bar (What's New, Profile, My Content, etc...). Everything you've registered should appear with a "download" link for each item.

I have an odd issue with the Cerberus network as well. When I visit this webpage:

It says that I need to purchase the Cerberus Network activation, and then I'd be able to get Zaeed, the Normandy Crash site, etc.

The thing is, I got the DDE preorder of Mass Effect 2 on Steam and already registered the promo codes to this account and have both of those DLC downloaded, installed, and verified. Is there any reason why the website says I need to purchase something I already have? Or am I not missing anything there yet?

- I am having the same issue, when I open ME2 I can login to Cerberus but when I go on the website it still asks me to buy it.

That page should always check, if the profile you're currently using has already registered/enabled the Cerberus Network and would automatically forward you to your DLC listing page (to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php). If not, should ask you to register like the current page does.

We should have a status on our profiles as well, if we're on the Cerberus Network as well.

I had problems with my Cerberus network as well. I preordered my ME2 Collector's Editon and it came with the promo code. At the time, my gamertag was not linked to my EA account; it was linked to an account from who knows when. EA fixes all my problems and transfers my personna over to my new ea account. I downloaded the collector's equipment and the inferno armor. The only thing that was missing was the cerberus network dlc. Is there any way to fix this problem or do I have to pay for a new cerberus dlc?

alright guys, i hope you can help me... i just got ME2 today and i got a cerberus network code?? and i didnt realy understand how to do it... so i was looking online, and i found that you have to have an EA account?? so, i made 1, and i typed in the code, and it says that iv succefully did it... so, i went on my xbox and i guess it asked for my code aagain, i typed it in, and it said that the code is already being used... so, any help or advice would help lots... thx

@sinsReaperXSR: You already had an EA account, I'm afraid. Your main account should be the one the Gamertag is linked to, because my understanding is that it's not trivial to move Gamertags between accounts. You can contact EA support and have them transfer entitlements between accounts, however, CHBranom's post suggests that maybe the Cerberus registration cannot be moved at all.

I've had the same problem over the weekend. I went through just about everything that has been mentioned in this thread so far and it's still not working. i think this is the worst method of going about this they could have chosen. Has any one tried downloading the xbox 360 DLC for 1200 GP and have it work?

don't waste the 1200 points, it still doesn't work. i still start up the console. i connect to xbox live. i start the game. it disconnects me to download the update, the update fails because there is no connection and drops back to the dashboard. games fun, but i'm about to return it just out of spite and can xbox live out of frustration

Same problem, It says im on Cerebus network in game, when I click download new content it takes me to my registerd game promotions, but of course I cant download any new content from that page, only the content I've already purchased, but when I go to the 'Official DLC' page it asks me for my network key, but I cant enter it since its already been used, argh!



Does anyone know how to fix this yet?

hey thanks for the advice, I finaly called EA, they help alot... they helped me transfer my gamer tag from my old account to the new one, and the cerberus network works now...

It may not be a problem right now, I just noticed that my registered game promotion page lists the "Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network)" which is the new armor and shotgun DLC. Even though the main page still says that I need to purchase a Cerberus Network activation key for some reason it at least is giving me the new DLC without needing to do anything extra.

Once im at the social network and it gives me the choice to download them, do i save them or do I have to run the program??? i dunno so im hoping someone can help me out here

You need to run the .exe files that are downloaded to install the DLC.

I'm having the following problem. As soon as I start up ME2 (360 CE version), in the main menu it says "Couldn't connect to server or blabla has timed out" or something. When I go see the new downloadable content it says that the Cerberus network is buyable. Even though I have had it since I started playing the game (with the card I got with the CE). I hope this gets fixt quickly, I don't pay for my things not to work!

That page appears to be static. Go to Profile -> Your registered game promotions instead.

So just so I'm clear on this, when you click through the games/mass/effect/dlc tabs at the top of the page, the page it sends you to is static and always prompts you to buy the cerberus network?  Even if you've redeemed your code/purchased it/whatever?
I was worried that since I had to go through the game promotions tab where I found my DLCs, that meant that somehow I wasn't technically registered with the Cerberus network and would only be able to get those first three DLCs, but have to pay for any future DLCs.

I believe i have all os your answers with me my fellow pc users, as well as you i had the same problems with the cerberus network, i got the game via steam and what i did to make it work was, in the main menu of ME2 go to extras then options, then to online finally select no to auto sign then restart the game and thats it, i hope this help you all my friends

f you are playing Mass Effect 2 on PC and are unable to access Firewalker or other free DLC through the in-game client go to http://social.biowar...titlements.php. At this site you will be able to download free content such as mission packs, Zaeed, Firewalker, weaponry and more.
