I downloaded the game through steam and i plugged in the cerberus code on there first before going to the site. I just bought the kasumi pack and im not really sure how to download it. Or what to do. Any advice? I downloaded the file from the website but im not really sure where to put it or what to do with it since i got the game through steam.

Now I'm downloading the firewalker pack, i was wondering where the master thief mission pack was? ..........................................................................(edited) OK, i actually read the notice saying that this was separate to the cerbrus stuff we're given, shame its not mentioned on the mass effect 2 open menu (advertising bar), but i decided i wanted to buy the Kasumi pack anyway, however when i go to checkout there is just an error message appearing saying internal error and to report it and quote the message. Please could i hace some advice on what to do because i have no idea? If it is just a problem with the site please tell me so i dont despair at not being able to make monetary transactions with bioware. : )

hello i have a problem i upgrade my windows from xp to windows 7 show i lost everything that i has download with my cerberus network card , i didn't save them and now i m trying to enter the cerberus code and i get the message that allready used , so the full package o mass effect 2 collectors edition with cerberus card and etc is useless ? becuase i didnt save the download content ?

I too am FRUSTRATED with similar problem; PLEASE advise!

I loaded the game, did not start it, came to their site to dnld Patch and Redeem my. C.Network card and get the DLCs....finally did get 5 DLCs downloaded into my ME2 Folder.........BUT......when I start the game and get to the 2 'puters screen I get a message that shows me my 5 DLCs but also indicates that they are unavailable to me until I LOG into the Cerberus Network wth same log in I used to purchase the DLCs.....................BUT then it does NOT give me a way to LOG in.....when I hit Connect to C. - it then does not ask for user name and p.w. BUT my CODE which it will not accept because I used it at Bioware's site. Chasing my tail for 2 days.

IF person above who called EA for help reads this - PLEASE - share their HELP # with me so I can get this straightened out to and.......................

I used my cerberus key once but nothing happend...

When I try to register it again, it says it's already in use.

I have absolutly no idea what to do, can anyone help me?

I guess ill throw in my bit as well, I got the Dragon Age tie in via stream promo with Mass Effect 2 preorder, however when adding in my cerberus code in game it was accepted, however the content is missing, Checking, for example: the dragon armor, shows only the N7 standard armor in captains cabin.

I went to the promotions / entitlements page shows the the items as being entitled, bioware shows this, who do i contact, ea? or bioware to resolve this? This appards to be a bioware site issue being out of sync with ea. Thanks for the help.

As usual, you have to download the DA armor first (from the entitlements), and install it. After install, you'll receive a new message at your private (Normandy) terminal in-game telling you about the armor. It should also be in your gear's list then.

All ME2 DLC has to be downloaded and installed manually from the entitlements after purchase - as several already mentioned.

First of all thanks for the quick reply, I appreciated that. Im using stream, i dont know if this makes a difference, the game itself works fine, and i registered it on my profile page at bioware, ea also shows it as a installed game. the preorder deal with dragon age tye in alows for the free in game content shepards blood dragon armor, this is not the same as the dragons age one, there is a second blood dragon armor spacifically for mass effect 2, dragons age has a service you must have started to access any in game content The DA content Updater. however Mass effect 2 appears to not use this ....maybe im wrong. i dont want to direct download and *&& up my install. When loging in the content site in the cerberus network it says by the items with bioware points, however im unsure what to do to get all this content, firewalker pack, BDA, The Theif NPC, ect ect. how do you get these things without the content 1. not showing, 2. not verifying after installed. Thanks

Hiya, hoping someone can help me out here.  I can't connect to the Cerberus network from in game, it keeps saying it needs internet connection to work.  I obviously have internet connection and all the links from the initial screen work just fine (takes me straight to the website), it's just in-game when I try and connect that it doesn't?  I've purchased a fair few of the updates, but it won't load them as it can't verify the account - all most annoying - any ideas?

I buy the game 2 days ago, but ı can't able to activate cerberus network with code in the game box. ı visit http://social.bioware.com/redeem/ page and entering code, but it says; Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. ı tried to enter code in the game menu, but it doesn't work either. i write code correct. anyone can help me with this?
