First of all, I'm assuming it's bloom lighting that makes almost everything have a fuzzy outline. This annoys me greatly, and if it's not bloom that does that then someone please point me in the right direction.

anyways, basically I've tried turning off bloom both in the configuration menu and in the graphics menu in-game, but everything that emits or reflects light is still fuzzy, every character standing in front of any kind of reflective/light emitting surface still has a fuzzy outline, and the normandy still looks like it's some kind of dreamscape being viewed through a foggy lens.

is there any way to definitively turn this lighting off? am I not turning the right thing off? It it irritating to no end, really.

also, fyi, I bought it through steam, if i have to go into a .ini file.
