Mass Effect 2 - Thane's loyalty quest (360)

Hi Bioware, there seem to be a number of bugs within this mission:

1) At certain points you'll be 'tipped' to update thane, you'll Press A and then nothing will happen, no audio or anything.
2) At the point where you're questioned by the guy at the door, the Renegade option works fine. However, the Paragon option causes shephard to freeze in place as the mission continues, Thane keeps demanding options but you are unable to move, bring up the menu, and the camera is panned away as if you're still in conversation.

The second bug caused me to have to restart the mission and choose the renegade option, rather than miss out on the mission achievement.
