I have a problem with Return To Ostagar DLC.
This morning i have buyed this DLC but after downloading it, the installation process is locked at 100% and i don't receive message or error. The game and pc are not locked but the dlc installation not progress. I have make also a screenshot

ok, i have fixed it.

My addins.xml was wrong. I have edited it for error and i have lost some UTF-8 chars.

I have correct it manually and have reinstalled "Return To Ostagar".
