Hey there, first of all im sorry if I'm reposting known issues, but somehow i just can't find a "search" button in this forum. Doesn't it exist or am i just to blind to see it?

But now to my problems:
First of all the game sometimes crashes when i cast the spell "Winter's grasp".
It doesn't happen all the time , but when it starts, the game will crash every single time i use it.
After a few crashes, gamerestarts, pc restarts it stops.
This is quite annoying, but i can deal with it.
Furthermore, in some cases the blood is just displayed as a red square under the corpses on the ground.

The real problem is the following:
Sometimes the framerate drops to like 2-3 fps.
First of all my pc is fast enough to deal with the game , it runs very smoothly even in big battles.
But sometimes (for example on the marketplace in delerim) the fps drop insanly. When i leave this area everything is fine again.
The crazy thing is : one day i can walk over the marketplace at full fps , the next day the problem occurs, 5 hours later everything is fine and so on.
It seems to happen at random areas at random time. Sometimes it happens right after starting the game , sometimes after 2 hours , sometimes it doesn't happen at all.
When a place is "stuttering" , there is nothing i can do about it , rebooting the pc or restarting the game won't help.
I'm using a Gforce 8800GT(any known problems with it?) and the latest version of the game.
