 either my title/start menu is in hexidecimal or my options are various sums of money lol. any help would be appreciated im collectors edition if that matters

Open the sku.ini file in the data folder in the instal directory and make sure you have INT listed for both values (for VOLanguage and TextLanguage), if you play it in English.

i just ended up doing a clean instal but i really appreciate the help
