Hi, can anyone look at my profile on the Bioware social site and try to repair it? I've put a ticket in to EA but no one is responding. My profile will not update on this site at all for the Xbox 360 version of Dragon Age. I went to run diagnostics on the 360 version and I get a " Invalid persona/game combination" message. Per the suggestions on the board I went to Ea.com and made sure that my gamer tag was tied to my email and EA account and confirmed that it is in place.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe when my gamer tag changed(it used to be JustAddRum) maybe it messed up my profile?
Can anyone help? I'd like to be able to get this back up and running again -)

im in the same boat as you ,mine hasnt worked since the 2nd of december i contacted ea and told me to reset my connection by typing in a certain date on the xbox but that didnt work, i have also changed my gamertag from tezzajh to Revenant Horror but i dont belive that was responsible for it, i belive it may be because i created a character on my pc using character creator and now it only updates stuff from my pc or it may be an xbox issue cause the pc side of things obviously works

The invalid persona/game combination is known issue. I get it with some frequency. The fix is to just keep trying. Sometimes I have to make the attempt a dozen times or more. Don't just give up after getting it.
As for updates, I've sent both of you a pm about the issue that I hope will be helpful. However, I'm a pc only person and don't know anything about consoles. So if your issues are different from the pc ones (that is, the issues are the same but the cause is different) my fix may not work. In that case, I can't help.
Oh, make sure of the following (you probably already know this, but just in case): you are logged in, you are connected to the server (as well as logged in), you have ticked the Upload Character Profile box in Options - Online.

Somebody had this issue and resolved it by making the Gamertag the default persona on the EA profile page. Have you tried that?
