The one where Shepard was a machine rebuilt from bits of melted flesh? Yeah, turns out it was as ridiculous and unfounded as it seemed to be.

There were about eight thousand idiotic rumors. The one alleck refers to possibly the most annoying aside from "Jack must be transgendered!"
Shepard's just got some extra "bits" in him/her and some of the tissue is also lab-grown and not "native." The majority of Shepard's body was intact, just utterly FUBAR.
