Apparently there is a bug in registering DA1 for the PS3 on this site - we've identified the bug and a fix has been deployed. If you continue to have problems, please let me know.

Thank you for making a sticky out of this Jesse. Much appreciated. I have spoiler posts to respond to and cannot as of yet.
Looking forward to the fix so I can get to posting. Thanks for a great game and sorry for bumping the heck out of the PS3 registration posts.

Make sure you are using all of the UPC code from the back of the game.
It should be 12 numbers total and look somewhat like this. The zeros in the below representation are much smaller then the ones when you look at the UPC.
0 11111 11111 0

Try using the UPC code on the back of the game. When you find the code it should look like this on the box: 0 11111 11111 0
The 0's are much smaller then the other numbers. You will then need to remove the spaces and mash all 12 number together and it should work.

Hi, I got the PS3 CE version of the game.
Can I know how do I change the bioware account in-game for me to get the DLC items? I no longer have the option to change it after I have set it. (Triangle button @ the start of the game)
Reason is I might have entered a different account from where I redeemed the stuff.
Thanks!

The online profile system is not working on my PS3 version of DAO either... still... yet...
Not sure what to say to save this from sounding like another aggravated rant... but as some one who is new to the whole "Bioware community" site and your method of using the UPC code to link the console game with the website... what an absolute PITA this has been!!
You have this set up as if everyone is just "supposed to know" what to do and already be familiar with the various web sites you need to hop around to have any chance at all of getting the online chr profile system to work!
DAO, EA, Bioware gaming, Bioware Social, PSN... none of them with direct answers or even decent clues as to how to link the various accounts and promo codes.
My PS3 DAO account has been linked since 11/9 and there is still no activity on my character profile page online(3 days now...).
This also leaves me with not being able to try and activate the Dragon Armour code... if your system can't find my account well enough to update my chr profile, how is it supposed to find my account to update the DL's I've activated?

How do you link your character up to this site from the PS3 game?

once you have a Bioware-Social account, go to:
http://social.biowar...es_register.php
and click on the version of the game you have.
It will ask you to enter the UPC code from the back of the plastic game case.
Not that there's anything anywhere that would direct a casual customer(aka... not a bioware fanboi) in any helpful direction... pointlessly frustrating.

I still cannot register my copy of DAO, it tells me my code is not vaild for the game, but I registered my copy over on the EA website. I also do not have any option to login to the bioware website ingame at the main menu. Also, I'm at the point ingame where I can get the control rod to control a golem, but when I goto downloadable content it tells me I must be connected to the PSN.... but I am connected to the PSN, I'm online, I'm chatting with friends, this is insanely frustrating. I also attempted to redeem my codes for the stone guardian guy and the dragon armour but got nothing and now it says my codes have already been used.. I'm getting very aggravated here.

If you are having issues with anything in-game, please check http://help.dragonage.com for further assistance.
cdkey registration on this site or on EA's site is not required for anything relating to DLC - that is tied to your account, not to a cdkey.
