Hi, I have scanned through this thread and can't seems to find what I'm after so I am hoping someone could answer my question...



I
have activiated the Cerberus Network and have got almost all the DLC
(Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site and Collector's Armour/Rifle), but when I
try to install the Blood Dragon Armour (which I got from my DAO copy),
which is from the list as well, an error message pops up and say the
file is "either corrupted, there's a disc error or there is virus".



I've used anti-virus to scan through and did other scannings as well but no error was found. My computer specs are:

CPU: Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz

RAM: 4.00 GB

Display: NVIDIA GeFource 8600M GT

Windows: Vista SP1



The game works fine on it so I'm not sure if it's my fault or is it the file being corrupted. Anyone got any solution to this?

Did you try redownloading it and reinstalling it?

Yes, I tried, same thing popped up.

You click the 'New Updates Available' (or something like that) on the ME2 main menu.

It is not there for some reason, and I did register all the stuff from DAO and have used them just fine.

Hover your cursor over the Profile option under your avatar on this forum. Choose the 'Your registered game promotions' from the drop down menu. That should take you to a page that will show all your available DLC. The Blood Dragon Armor should have a DL link beside it.

Treeey, perhaps try updating to SP2 and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the help guys, I talked to an EA representative and he fixed the issue, the link is now showing properly on my account.



Treeey I heard SP2 might solve some issues with the game, follow what Eurypterid suggested.
