Promo codes can only be redeemed once. Make sure you use your code on the correct EA Account / Gamertag.

   1. Go to ea.com and click on Log In
   2. Log in using your EA Account.
      If you've ever played an EA game with online features, you have an EA Account.
      Your EA log in is the e-mail linked to your EA Account (johndoe@emailaddress.com).
   3. Click on the Welcome, [Your Log In] button.
   4. This will take you to the EA Account Manager.
   5. Scroll down to the Select Default Persona section.
   6. If your Gamertag is linked to your EA Account, you should see it listed there
   7. If you do not see your Gamertag there, click here.
   8. Verify that there is a Gamertag linked to your account and make a note of it.
   9. Now, go to social.bioware.com.
  10. Click on Games and select Mass Effect 2 > Redeem Promo Code.
  11. Before you enter your code!

      Verify that the Email Address and Gamertag you are about to use to redeem your code are the accounts you want!

  12. Enter your promo code and click on Redeem Code.

You can now go back to your Xbox 360 and log in using the Gamertag linked to your EA Account. Once you launch the game and log in with your EA Account, your DLC should appear.
Linking your Gamertag to your EA Account.

   1. If you do not see a Gamertag linked to your EA Account from the EA Account Manager, you can add your Gamertag now by clicking on Add Persona.
   2. Choose Existing Xbox LIVE Gamertag and enter your Gamertag in the text box.
   3. Click Add Persona.

Your Gamertag will be linked to your EA Account instantly.

Also of note: this page ( http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php ) now indicates if you have a gamertag and/or PSN ID attached to your account at the top of the page - an easy way to check before logging into your EA account.



Suprshin - if your gamertag is 'taken', then you probably have more than one EA account from playing multiple online-enabled EA games. I would gather all the information about your account(s) that you can, and contact Ea support, get them to help you sort it out.

What are you trying to do?

Are you trying to link through your EA account?

Also, having the same email makes the process easier between the different websites.
