Want to buy points to return to ostagar. when i try ingame dont get to right place
anyone please help me  out? give me a link or something

Will take you to the checkout to buy points (will need to confirm password at this stage)
Once you have points, play game, go to Downloadable Content and Ostagar etc., should be there ready for download if you're logged into Server.

Also just so you're aware, RtO has not long become available for download, after a period of delay.
