Okay so I FINALLY got my collectors armor and gun by deleting my ea account linked to my gamertag. Mass Effect 2 then prompted me to register my gamertag with an EA account. Then, it prompted me to redeem my cerberus code. Problem: I had already used my code before I deleted my EA account. Now it says I don't have Cerberus?
This system is a bit too convoluted...
Cerberus Network wants me to redeem again

This basically happened to me, except that instead of deleting my old account I had EA switch my gamertag to my new/bioware EA account..which worked great and got me my Blood Dragon at the expense of losing me Cerebus access and the 2 free DLC that came with it..
