Does the system really not upload your char if your profile hasn't been visited?

That seems rather odd to me, but I've been waiting for nearly 20 hours, and that's the only possible reason I can think of. Could there be any other reason it's taking so long?

Not true, a character I made uploaded when my profile hasn't been viewed, deleted it now and it took quite a number of hours for it to appear.. but it works.
