I did the loyalty quest for Miranda and Jack and then I got a scene where they started fighting. I read on the Wiki that the one you tell to back off stops your relationship, but I used the Intimidate (red) text option. Is my relationship over or can I still make love to Miranda?

if you were able to intimidate or persuade, taking no ones side, then yes. make sure to talk to the person you like and be like "im sorry about that babe u"
