3.) Problem Details

Game become stuck in "enemies present" mode.  Can not leave world.  Can not open the door to previous area of the map.  Can not save game.

This happens after entering the room with the "highly explosive crates".  EDI mentions the explosive crates, then Mordin says that they would be very useful because they burn through Krogan armor.

After clearing all of the enemies the game thinks that there is still an enemy present.  This has three problems, but the main problem is that I can not leave the world if I choose to stay after the dialogue with Mordin's student.  The game says to "Hold F" to leave, but this does nothing.

I have mapped the "leave world" button to a different key, but this also has no affect.  I must restart from a recent save and hope that the dialogue option to leave the world works as intended, but I will miss anything extra that I would otherwise have been able to find.

Note that there is no icon on the lab door that would allow me to open it. I do not know if there is supposed to be such an icon.  At this point I become stuck in the lab after the dialogue with Mordin's student.

The second problem is that I can not save the game.  Of course, the game does not allow you to save during a battle (you really should impliment a separate "battle save" option).  Since it thinks that there are still enemies present I can not save.

The third, and lesser problem is that I can not open the door to previous areas of the level (aka prior to the room with exploding crates).  The game tells me that I can not open the door while enemies are present, when of course there are none (I performed a full sweep of the area at least three times).  This makes it so that I am forced to go forward into the dialogue with Mordin's student.
