So I'd like to take Legion to Tali's loyalty mission, however I was also attempting to get a "perfect" ending this run.
My question is would my crew die if I did both Tali's and Legion's loyalty missions after getting the IFF?

Can anyone actually confirm that it is possible to take Legion to the Migrant Fleet? I mean it is conceivable that you get an interrupt where either Tali/Legion argue that it is not such a good idea to do so.
For example, if you try to take Garrus along with you to recruit Mordin, Garrus warns you that the plague might effect him.

With a lot of hostility, you're forced to do a paragon/renegade check or you are forced to keep him.. but if you do Legion's loyalty mission too they will die.. chambers and co.

Well, it's settled. I'll get 8 loyal characters, all the upgrades (again, damn useless ME2 import), get Legion and the IFF, do Legion's mission, take Tali and Legion to the Fleet, and rescue the entire crew with no squad losses, in that order. If I manage that, I'll have my ME3 import.

You can only do Legion's loyalty quest after the IFF one, if you do any more then your crew start dying. The only way to save them is to head straight for the Collectors after the attack.

I went for IFF first and well... Chakwas made it... too bad... I would have liked to use legion more... but it kicks you in the bollocks if you do.

If you are quick, you fly to the Heretic Station for Legion's loyalty quest and get it sorted before the kidnap attack. I don't think it is possible to attempt another mission after that, atleast I certainly tried. The benefit of doing the Legion quest ASAP is that you can head for the Omega 4 relay straight away with all party members loyal (assuming you got all their loyalty before IFF).
