Turns out when i was buying it, the guy didn't bother to give me one.
For some reason they came in the form of loose stickers.
At the time you buy the game make sure you ask for one!

I had a problem with no code in the box.

Thank god i was spared of yet another plastic card 
But i would sure love to have the other goodies the collectors edition has.In fact i am going to buy that one too as soon as i see one. I just wanted to play the game right away.
