After a lot searching online, and figuring out how nvidia profiles work, I came up with the following solution that worked for me. I didn't want to rename my executable, because then the launcher wouldn't work, so this is how to keep your existing shortcut name (Note: I've verified this works in W7 64-bit, please verify others):
1. Open C:\\ProgramData\\NVIDIA\\nvapps.xml with notepad (Make backup first!)
2. Do a search for Bioshock and copy (ctrl -c) everything under that profile
3. Do a search for Mass Effect II and remove existing information and paste (ctrl -v) bioshock information in
4. Change application label to: MassEffect2.exe
5. Open nVidia control panel, and select the Mass Effect 2 profile (if it doesn't appear automatically, click add and open and choose MassEffect2.exe)
6. Set AA however you want!
7. Enjoy!
Enabling AA in Mass Effect 2 without needing to use supersampling with nVidia cards
