About 10 minutes into the game I entered the room with the cerberus data log and wall safe. I was standing between the chair that had been knocked over and the large corner desk on the wall to the right listening to the data log and somehow got stuck about 3 feet above the ground. I could only walk in the space between the chair and the desk. I tried to knock myself back with a grenade but eventually had to load the autosave.
While I realize that this isn't a huge deal and only lost about a minute since the autosave was right outside that door I'm sure there are plenty of other instances like this that remain unaddressed.
