Made a half assed attempt on that one a while ago, but i'm not satisfied with how it turned out.

Pretty good, but still not there. I wonder if she can be done at all. She has a very small, very round face whereas those in the editor tend to be long and we're totally missing that awesome hairstyle.
Edit: On the other hand her forehead just might be huge. I had the small origin picture for reference, where it was hard to see it clearly..
Maybe make everything a little smaller (especially nose & lips) and move it all a bit further down. You might wanna lower the cheekbones as well. The eyes and jaw seem fine
