SIGN ALL OF IT !!!!
I would love to have a unmasked Terminus armor or at least gain the bonus stats from the regular armor with the helmet off but choose wich helmet bonus I gain.
Or do a Dragon Age like thing where it is invisible during conversation scenes that do not need it on unless it is in space.

I wear the visor simply because I want to see sheps face. Masked characters don't resonate as well when they speak. Allow helmets to be toggled or make them disappear when in dialogue or not in combat.

Having the full helmet breaks the experience for me. When I talk to certain people they act shocked and recognize me right away. It makes me think "how could you recognize Shepard under this helmet?" Being able to toggle the helmet solves that problem.
