Unless you mean a helm-toggling patch strictly for conversation sequences, then no. It's incredibly stupid to want the same benefits from wearing a helmet when you really aren't.

I am going to derail this and say (I'm likely not the first one to say this) that helmets grant bonuses. Now, if you remove the helmets, what happens to those bonuses?

I still want the option... and personaly it's mostly for conversations. I dont mind the helmet otherwise. I can also understand helmets in hostile environments. Ofcourse that means extra work, but Bioware did it in ME1.
