I don't know if this has been said before and I am so sorry but can't spare the time for going through 19 pages, but Christina Norman said in a post that the reason that the special armors can't have the helmet removed because they are made of a single mesh that allows higher resolution on the armors etc... but can't be taken to pieces, much like Mark vanderloo's Shepard face which is a single model, so there's no way it can be patched

God they don't need to it was a design chioce just how they decided to kill SDTV's....
It is just cosmetic stop complaining and play thegame....Is a helemt really going to stop you from playing a great game ..if so thats your problem then
