Dr.Pepper Codes Not Working ?

I put one in last night everything it's showing up in game promo codes area with everything i have but , when i go to the game there nowhere to be found i check the network not there , i check the captains cabin not there , i went to the dash board nothing pop up and started DL . So strange anyone else have this problem ? & how do go about getting it fix call EA again ?

On this site, click Profile, then Your registered game promotions. Download, install and that should be it.

You have to check your unread message's before you can select them in the armor upgrade thing in your room.
The recon hood is the best helmet in the game...

My EA Account was still missed that's why i couldnt DL the lady i talk didnt fix it all the way . I was on the phone with EA for about an hour waiting and i talk to his guy that made everything right this GUY was AWESOME . He really got down to everything and fix it right i even got a few free codes for all my troubles that i had . Free Collectors Armor & Inferno . LOL i feel sad for those suckers on eBay that paid 50 plus for both of these if not more . EA is AWESOME they stand by there customers and try to make right and get you problems fix . Way better than EPIC lame **** .

some reason the site isnt working now i put my code and the click enter and i get white screen nothing happens . anyone else having this problem

Yeah it just looks like its loading. The stupid thing is if i cancel it, it takes a code from me like i used it. I never got to choose anything.

So I just enter all the codes and select all the DLC, then there should be messages on Shepherd's dustbin - I mean private terminal - that let me use them?

Does the profile you make on dr. pepper promo code page connect with your EA account? cause i tried to log in on the promo page with my EA account name and password and it didnt work, so i made a new one. Problem is that I can't find the reward when i go onto the Cerberus Network... Any form for suggestion or helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please specify what he did to fix the problem? I seem to be having the same issue.

I have a problem...I had 5 codes and everyone I used only allowed me to get 2 of the 3 helmets...any suggestions? I got the Recon Hood and the Umbra visor...I never gave me an option to get the third one...

Same problem here. I can't access the helmets from Cerberus Network and when I entered the codes only Recon Hood and Umbra Visor came up so can someone please tell me what to do?!?! my Xbox 360 gamertag is "xGBRx DR34Dz" so can someone please give me instructions?
