So, now that RTO is out I wanted to get some Bioware points to buy it; however, I get this message instead: "The credit card could not be verified."
Now, I've called the company and they've confirmed the card is fully active, no holds and well below limit. I've confirmed all of the information that the checkout page requests with the company as well. The card also worked fine a few days back for ordering ME2 from Amazon, and has worked fine since. I've also reentered the information 10+ times, and checked it over thoroughly - it isn't a mistake on my part.
I guess this thread is more in hope a BW employee might have something to offer to help since EA's support response time seems to be upwards of 2 weeks and they have no call centre..

So I guess the issue is the fact I'm on exchange in Hong Kong.
It's a bit annoying for the system to not allow verification if my I.P. address is different.
I really hate paypal (find the system is annoying, no add funds with CC, and takes over a week through bank account), there any way around this issue besides that? I can't really see why or how this limitation makes sense.
