I wish to glow in the dark without it being caused by anything dangerous, malicious, harmful, radioactive, or poisonous, & I don't wanna suffer any harmful effects from it.

granted except you can stop glowing and you cant sleep then you start hearing voices and thay send you insane eventually convincing you to take a propane tank to your girl friends parents place then attaching a flare to it and opening the valve then striping naked and running to a McDonalds and shooting your self in the head while ordaring a big mac

Granted, your Wish won't be corrupted, it'll just tweaked... just a tad... there, done. Your Wish is now 'tweaked' to malfunction, & a malfunctioning wish will act the same way as a corrupted wish.
