Best Buy used their large stash of money to build a world wide order. It is still Best Buy because their are no other place to buy anything, therefore it is the best and only option for you to have.

Granted, you have good weather for exactly one day, the next day every major volcano erupts and you are forced to live underground for the rest of your life.

I wish Fallout New Vegas would come out tomorrow at the gamestop right by me, and that they would sell it to me for a reasonable price. And then I could go on home and play it with nothing bad happening to me or the world as a result of this wish.
