Granted. The character you make is considered the best ever.
You even get request from other players to make them a character.
Unfortunately you cannot create anything else than that super character and people get disappointed. So much even they start to physically threaten you. You have to enter the New Identity program and can never again make a character unless you give away your new identity.

Wish that the Character Creator also has tattoos which cover a bald scalp.
