If she's partially romanced by the end of the game will there be any way to make Shepard immune to her condition in ME3 and possibly show a softer side to her that isn't all evil. Possibly giving her somebody that she can truly love would be a great way to develop her character.

Didn't get her but there are romance dialog options. I'm saying that if Shep chickens out before she can kill him, there should be some indication of this in ME3.
