Hi,
I cannot login to my account once the game starts because it cannot connect to the internet.. "No internet connection" message appears. I do not have the program blocked by my firewall but still cannot connect, login, download content.
Please help!

I am having the exact same issue. The game won't detect my internet connection (although i clearly have one since i am able to post on here lol). I disable both my firewall and AV software and the problem still continues.

I'm having the same issue, but here's a fix that worked for some...not me though
netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled
Maybe it'll work for you.

I'm having the same issue. However, this doesn't make sense as if ECN is being used then Bioware servers and your end point (Router or PC) is saying they want this enabled. As this is an optional setting that has to be negotiated by both end points. If this is the case then why would Bioware server's use it if it causes an issue?

i had the same issue and now i've fixed it all you have to do is in the auto run panel the first thing you come to when you run the game from computer, click on configure (top left button). on the right hand side is a list, click on repair. then select add firewall exception. I also clicked on the tab at the top called system and the selected from the list dedicated internet connection. i don't know witch one did it but it worked :-)

You don't have to touch anything, just now Bioware social net is under maintenance, and until it finishes you won't log in-game. The point is that scheduled maintenance may ended 1 hour ago but it's still going...
