I had purchased Mass Effect 2 collectors edition from Gamestop yesterday and upon opening it noticed the art book had a few pages glued together and damaged. I was wondering what could be done? I tried sending an email to support.ea.com and heres what I got in return.

Hi, I recently purchased Mass Effect 2 collectors edition.
Unfortunately my Forty-eight page hardcover art book came with pages
stuck together with glue, it was nearly impossible to separate and
resulted in the damage of 4-6 pages of the book. I am sad to see this
happen to this beautiful package and was wondering if it was possible
to issue some sort of refund for this booklet? Thank you very much.

Thanks for your interest in the Blood Dragon Armor promotion from
Dragon Age: Origins. Your purchase of Dragon Age: Origins for PC, XBox
360, or PS3 entitles you to first purchase redemption of the Blood
Dragon Armor for both Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2 on any
available platform.

Physical copies of the disc will include a Rave card with the requisite code and download instructions.

Players using a digital copy will have codes e-mailed to them by whichever e-retailer they used to purchase the game.
