... to your XBL account? I am not seeing it. Because I just purchased MASS EFFECT 2 from Amazon (pre order) and got a code to redeem - which I did. And it said for X360 users, just reboot your X360 and the new content will appear. Well I am trying to figure out how it knows my XBL Tag. If I put it in - I have no idea where I did. Or if I did. And poking around the profile editing I couldn't find it?
How do you tie your profile here...

You need to tie your gamertag to the EA Account associated with this account. Go to https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do, login in with your email address and password from this site. Click Add Persona, and then add your gamertag.
If your gamertag has ever been associated with another EA account, you'll probably need to contact EA Support to sort it out. (Check the ME2 Xbox forum for the latest on that.)

Yeah, I tried to tie it to this account and get: Sorry, that Xbox LIVE Gamertag has already been taken. Please try another one.
And trying to figure out the support on EA.com is a ridiculous nightmare.

You might check out the ME2 XBox Tech Forum. Lots of people have been running into this, and they might have some shortcuts in there on how to fix it.
